GlobeSwap is operated by Marcel Eikmeier (see Imprint). By using the app you agree to these terms.
1. Who may use GlobeSwap
You must be at least 16 years old.
2. Rules
Do not send photos that:
- show nudity or sexual content,
- show violence, cruelty, self-harm or other disturbing content,
- harass, threaten, insult or discriminate against anyone,
- show other people without their consent or contain personal information (names, addresses, phone numbers, licence plates, …),
- are illegal, violate the rights of others (for example copyright), or are advertising or spam.
Do not copy, record or share other people’s photos outside GlobeSwap (for example by photographing the screen).
3. Reporting, blocking and moderation
You can report photos and block people at any time in the app. We review reports and may remove photos and suspend accounts that break these rules. Accounts reported by several people may be suspended automatically until reviewed.
4. Your photos
You keep all rights to your photos. You allow us to store your photos and show them to the people you swap and chat with, as far as this is necessary to run GlobeSwap. The app does not let anyone save photos or take screenshots, but someone could still photograph their screen with another device – only send what you are comfortable sharing.
5. Availability
GlobeSwap is free. We try to keep the service running, but cannot guarantee that it is always available or that someone is available to swap with. We may change or discontinue the service.
6. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. In all other cases our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
7. Ending
You can stop using GlobeSwap at any time and delete all your data in the app. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
8. Law
German law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
