Delete your GlobeSwap data

GlobeSwap has no sign-up – your data belongs to an anonymous account that only exists on your phone and our server.

Delete directly in the app (immediately)

1. Open GlobeSwap and go to the Chats tab.
2. Tap the menu ⋮ in the top right corner.
3. Tap Delete my data and confirm.

This immediately and permanently deletes:

• your anonymous account,
• all photos you sent, including photos waiting for a swap,
• all your conversations, including the photos you received (they also disappear for the other person).

Server log files contain only your public ID and are deleted automatically after 91 days. If an account was suspended for breaking the rules, the suspension record is kept so that the suspension stays effective.

No longer have the app?

Send an email to info@eiki.tech with the subject “GlobeSwap data deletion” and your public ID if you know it (shown in the app under Chats → ⋮ → About). We will delete the data within 30 days.

Without the app your data is also deleted automatically: conversations 90 days after the last photo, and the anonymous account after 90 days without use.
